We had an amazing stay, especially enjoying the delicious afternoon tea and the wonderfully dog-friendly atmosphere, complete with a cozy dog bed. The beautiful gardens were a perfect escape, too!

The staff were very welcoming, the hotel was nice and quiet. We also had dinner at the hotel which was lovely as well as breakfast every morning.
The pillows are uncomfortable

Relaxing hotel with a CONTEMPORARY ambience and efficient employees in request to turn temperature down. Stunning and pleasant location of the property, right by the restaurant as well as a nearby attraction. Also, on what to do in the local area. Late check-out.
Beds were a little small.

Lovely country hotel a few miles from Lacock. Amazing evening meal at a reasonable price. Lovely grounds and terrace with heated swimming pool. Classic rooms were perfect with a large comfy bed. Definantly family friendly.
No air-conditioning. Room was a little warm, although there was an electric fan provided.

The staff were friendly and super helpful.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still worth it for what you get!

The decor was tasteful and it was an elegant establishment. The garden was very pretty and was quiet. The garden was a good place to eat al fresco and also to relax by the pool.
The bedroom was decorated to a high standard and dressed well. Unfortunately it was very hot making it uncomfortable for sleeping. Air conditioning would be beneficial.

Stunning and amazing location, it was close to southern England, the restaurant with relaxed service and excellent food and a pub in Lacock. The atmosphere created was contemporary.

Staying here with my family, including two teenagers, was a delight. We visited Longleat Safari Park and had an amazing time exploring the vast grounds. The restaurant served delicious food, and the heated outdoor pool was a favorite hangout for us all.
My kids wished there were more activities for teens. A game room or entertainment area would be great for families with children.

The room was very nice indeed - quite spacious, with a big double bed that was obviously also available for use as a bed for a "single room", as in my case. A feel of luxury, in what is like a traditional old country house ( with corresponding bedrooms ) was in the air . . . very pleasant indeed !
Although the staff at reception were v. friendly, the girl serving at breakfast ( possibly of Spanish origin ) was very curt and "cold".

Beechfield House is in an ideal location for a family visit and is a wonderful place to relax after a long journey. The staff are really pleasant and helpful and the whole experience seems good value, a rarity these days. Thank you for our stay and I hope we will continue to visit regularly in the future.
A minor observation; our sink tap washer needed replacing because the tap was running continuously. I would have expected the cleaning team to pick that up and report it into your maintenance system. That said it was a very minor detail.
